The abstract deadline for the Hinode 18/IRIS 16 conference hosted by UCL in London on 23-27 June 2025 has been extended to 14 February 2025. We are also pleased to announce that there are substantial funds available for childcare support for in-person attendees.
We invite contributions on topics relevant to the Hinode and IRIS missions: energy and mass transfer throughout the solar atmosphere (including magnetic reconnection, wave dynamics, particle acceleration); multi-scale energy release and explosive phenomena; advanced diagnostic tools and computational methods; connecting the Sun and Heliosphere.

- 14 Feb 2025 – Abstract submission, travel and childcare support applications close
- 28 Feb 2025 – Registration is open
- 15 Apr 2025 -Deadline for early-bird registration
- 1 May 2025 – Deadline for standard registration
