Who are we?
The address of our site is: https://atst.osups.universite-paris-saclay.fr.

Comments
When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and the user agent of your browser, are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the site, we recommend avoiding images that include GPS EXIF data. Visitors to your site can download and extract location data from these images.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered the option to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so you won’t have to re-enter this information when you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be automatically deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, several cookies are set up to save your login information and screen preferences. A login cookie lasts two days, and a screen option cookie lasts one year. If you select “Remember me,” your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.

When you edit or publish a post, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the post you just edited and expires after one day.

Embedded content from other sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles…). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor were browsing those other sites.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, and monitor your interactions with this embedded content if you have an account and are logged in on their website.

Use and transmission of your personal data
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows subsequent comments to be recognized and approved automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

The rights you have over your data
If you have an account or if you have left comments on the site, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete your personal data. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

To exercise your rights, please visit our “Confidentiality Statement” page.

Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
