SUMMARY:Solar MHD 2026: registration and abstract submission open
DESCRIPTION:\nThe third Solar MHD conference will take place in the beautif
 ul setting of A Coruña\, Spain\, during the week of the 2026 solar eclips
 e (August 10-14\, 2026). The conference excursion will be held in the path
  of totality. The conference will include expert and outreach eclipse talk
 s. The registration fee is 350 GBP. It covers standard conference expenses
 \, including the icebreaker\, conference dinner and all lunches.\n\n\n\nTh
 e following topics will be covered in the conference:\n\n 	Spectral synthe
 sis and simulated data\n 	Machine learning and big data in solar physics\n
  	Waves\, turbulence\, reconnection\, and vortices\n 	Multi-fluid and part
 ially ionized plasma models\n 	Enhanced MHD and hybrid models\n 	Next-gene
 ration solar and stellar MHD simulations\n 	Eclipse and coronal observatio
 ns and their connection to simulations\n\nInteractive hands-on sessions wi
 ll highlight modern numerical codes and tools. These sessions will provide
  practical training\, foster collaboration\, and serve as a platform for d
 eveloping future research projects and funding proposals.\n\nAbstract subm
 issions are open until 15 May 2026.\n\nImportant note: Accommodation in A 
 Coruña is expected to be in very high demand during the conference week d
 ue to the eclipse. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for confer
 ence participants by the organizers. The deadlines for room bookings are F
 ebruary 20th (students’ accommodation) and March 31st (hotel). Please vi
