DESCRIPTION:The 22nd International EISCAT Symposium and the 49th Annual Eur
 opean Meeting on Atmospheric Studies by Optical Methods (49AM\, also known
  as “The Optical Meeting”) will be held jointly at the Space Campus\, 
 Kiruna\, Sweden\, from 24th to 28th August 2026\, hosted by EISCAT AB and 
 the Swedish Institute of Space Physics (IRF).\nAbstracts submission deadli
 ne for the Symposium: 21st April 2026.\n\nInternational EISCAT Radar Schoo
 l: the Symposium will be preceded by a Radar School\, which will take plac
 e 17th to 21st August 2026 at Kilpisjarvi\, Finland\, hosted jointly by So
 dankyla Geophysical Observatory and EISCAT AB.\nApplication deadline for t
