SUMMARY:2nd European Conference on Magnetic Reconnection in Plasmas
DESCRIPTION:\nThe European Conference on Magnetic Reconnection in Plasmas i
 s the first conference to bring together the entire community working on m
 agnetic reconnection in order to promote an inter-disciplinary approach to
  the understanding of this phenomenon. On this occasion\, leading experts 
 from both the space and fusion communities will present their latest work.
  Substantial time is reserved for interdisciplinary discussions in order t
 o exchange knowledge and establish new collaborations. Students working on
  these topics will be able to present their work in the form of a poster.\
 n\nWe are pleased to announce that the preliminary program of the conferen
 ce  is now available on the conference website.\n\n\n\nWe remind that po
 stdeadline registration and poster submission will be open until the end
  of May.\nWe are also delighted to share that a free of charge special iss
 ue of the AIP journal Physics of Plasmas will be dedicated to the confere
 nce\, featuring selected articles presented at the event.\nWe also emphasi
 ze that this special issue has been granted by PoP as open access  for su
 bmissions in 2025.\nWe will notify you as soon as the submission  on the
